Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before your arrival date.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

A 50% refund is available if you cancel more than 90 days before your arrival date.

Cancellations made fewer than 90 days before arrival are non-refundable.

A refundable damage deposit is collected with your booking. This is returned in full after your stay, provided no damage has occurred.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on bookings — please ask.

The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The number of guests staying must not exceed this limit at any time during your stay.

Dogs are welcome — a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are permitted.

Dogs must be agreed at the time of booking.

Dogs must not be left unattended in the property.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.
